Notes: "This Post / Hemmi slide rule, model 1447, is of what I call the enhanced Mannheim pattern, with the addition of trig scales, plus K, L, and CI scales to the basic A, B, C, D of the Mannheim rule. The most interesting thing about this particular 1447 is that it is marked on both the body and cursor as “made in occupied Japan”, which dates it to the late 1940’s."
