Notes: "The Military Slide Rule is one of the more scarce K&E slide rule models. The military slide rules by Pickett and US Blueprint Co. are common to the point of being available on Ebay almost continuously. The scales on this slide rule are 25 cm (~10 inches) long and the overall length is 11.25 inches. This is a single-sided slide rule, with trig scales on the back of the slide but nothing in the well underneath the slide except bare wood. The cursor is missing from this one, which might mean it broke, as there are pins in the ends of the cursor grooves on the top and bottom edges that would keep the cursor from sliding off either end.
