Notes: "Lasico (Los Angeles Scientific Instrument Company) was founded in 1927 by Georg Lory, a German immigrant. Lasico made and repaired surveying instruments, planimeters, and pantographs. The company went out of business in 2008. The 123a is one of their early planimeter models, before they standardized on the models 10, 20, and 30. This one is serial number 1446."
