General area measurement

Notes: "This unusual planimeter, made by Bushnell and sold by The Engineers' Instru. Co., does not follow Amsler, Ott, or Coradi designs at all. The tracing point is positioned in the middle of a circle at the end of the tracing arm, the pole arm has a 90 deg. bend before attaching to the tracing arm, and there is no multiplier wheel, meaning only small areas can be measured. The pole arm weight is missing. "
