Notes: "Hermann Thorens started making music boxes in Sainte-Croix, Switzerland in 1883, and his successors continued until at least 1985. Initially making movements for other people’s music boxes, Thorens later produced their own boxes, with both cylinder and disc type movements. Interchangeable discs weren’t invented by Thorens, that honor goes to Symphonium, but Thorens probably made more interchangeable discs than anyone else due to their handy 4.5 inch size. This box contains 9 discs with the following information on their lables: Blue Danube, #1446 Tales of Vienna Woods, #1423 Lorelei, #1 Faust Chorus, #1522 Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head, #1580 O Come Little Children, #A 61 Lara’s Theme, #1569 The Blue Bells of Scotland, #280 Heigh Ho, #1450"
