| Calcupen | Satolex | Japan | Plastic | 1978-1981 | N/A | Four function Calculator |
Notes: "The Satolex Calcupen was made in Japan from approximately 1978 to 1981. It was one of several calculator pens that used the “Calcupen” name, including an earlier model from Satolex themselves. It is a four function calculator with an 8-digit LCD display, and, originally, a working pen. The top of the pen would have originally had a plastic cap, but that part is missing. A small, white plastic tab drags the battery compartment out of the pen to replace the battery(s?). The surface finish on this pen, originally a bronze color, shows considerable wear.. It is essentially a novelty, as the tiny buttons packed so closely together become annoying very quickly. "
